How It Works

  1. Pick a TIME slot that works for you.
  2. Choose register or guest checkout with the all the patient information.
  3. Pay the initial booking fee with any form of electronic payment.
  4. Relax! We arrive at your doorstep!

How to Prepare for Your Visit

    1. Make sure there is an adult present during the entire visit.
    2. Have a patient or parent ID available for verification purposes.
    3. We love pets but if you have any, please make sure they are in a secured area.
    4. Have an area with appropriate lighting and space available for your visit with one of our Nurse Practitioners.
    5. Sit back and relax.  We will be there soon.
